waiting to be discovered…new classic concepts of sound by Anette Maiburg. Exciting cross-border ventures create unexpected connections.
Following on the Classica series in which Anette Maiburg has drawn the musical map of the countries of South America, she has been working since early in 2015 on her new series “new inspirations”. In the first very promising project, “Erlkönigs Verwandlung” (Erl-King’s metamorphosis), working with singer and actor Dominique Horwitz, she rediscovers the classical Lied in a new way, throwing into question the rigid demarcations of genres and themes.
